    This commercial renovation consists of the following:

  • Interior renovations to convert 29,500 sf of vacant office space in the Allendale Office Park into Class A office space for Stryker’s Corporate Division.
  • The new space features a center core structure that incorporates the common uses of the facility (Restrooms, Café, Board Room, etc.) along with a second floor mezzanine.
  • The 36 offices, 7 conference rooms, and open seating for 160 employees was designed in such a way as to allow natural light into virtually every space, while still accommodating privacy and acoustic concerns.
  • The design exposes the existing structural elements (roof trusses, concrete block, etc.) and incorporates wood paneling, stained concrete floors, and glass walls, to create a contemporary facility that compliments Stryker’s corporate image.
