Historic Private Residence

Located in Historic Campbell Hall NY this interior and exterior renovation consisted of returning the exterior rear porch to it’s original grandeur and historic presences in the center of town and a gut renovation and relocation of the house kitchen. During the construction process many of the homes outdated heating, electrical, and insulation systems were also updated to make the home more energy efficient. Our office also design the kitchen layout to utilize the existing floor plan of the home so as not to distract from it’s historic nature.
